All orders ship via UPS across the United States. Once the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with a notification.
Order processing times vary from a few days to two weeks. 

Shipping across the USA is free for glasses and when you purchase an annual supply of contact lenses.
All other individual contact lens products will be a shipping charge of $10.
                                                                                                                            
Pick up from the store is free. 

Shipping Policy

All orders once shipped are the responsibility of UPS. USPS will be used for orders on the west coast, Hawaii or Alaska.  Your order will be shipped to the address you provided when placing an order. We ship using UPS and they will not ship to a P.O. Box.  If you have trouble receiving this order or it didn't arrive within a week, please contact us. We will inquire on your behalf about the status of the shipment. 

Beach Eye Care does not take responsibility for misdeliveries and damages during transit. If a problem arises, we will open a claim with UPS. If UPS made a mistake and refunded us, we will ship your order again or refund you the money whichever is agreed upon.  

If your order has returned to us due to the wrong address being entered, we will notify you and arrange for delivery again. You will be responsible for a second shipping charge in this case.

If you are picking up at one of our five convenient locations we will contact you when the order has arrived at that location and is ready to be picked up.
